Dr. Navjot Kaur, Professor

Dr. Navjot Kaur is a professor of Human Resource Management and Strategic Management at School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala. She is presently also the Head of School of management Studies.

She has almost three decades of teaching experience. Twenty-five candidates have already completed, and six are currently pursuing their PhD under her supervision. She has published more than forty research papers and presented her research in around thirty national and international conferences.

She has successfully completed two major research projects sponsored by University Grants Commission. Her last project was on Leadership style of Civil Service officers of Punjab.

She is presently also the chairperson of the Board of Post Graduate Studies in Business Management of Punjabi University Patiala. She is an assessor with National Assessment and Accreditation council of India.
