Dr. Ella Mittal

Dr. Ella Mittal is a faculty at School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala. She has done her B.Tech and then MBA from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra and further pursued her doctorate in field of Employee Engagement. She has attended many workshops, seminars and presented papers in National & International conferences. She has more than  25 research papers both in national & international journals classified under ABDC, Scopus, Web of Sciences etc.

She has experience of 13 yrs and currently 5 students are pursuing their doctorate under her guidance. She specializes in field of Marketing & Human Resource.
