Indian Management Studies Journal (IMSJ) is an endeavor of School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala at encouraging academics, researchers and managers to publish their high-quality research in various relevant and contemporary fields of management. The journal aims to provide an effective platform for discussion and exchange of ideas regarding various problems confronting the business world. The journal attempts to promote theoretical, empirical and comparative researchin the field of business and management.
IMSJIMSJ is available in print and online and focuses oncritical and creative research. Itis a biannual refereed publication with ISSN No. 0974-4355. The journal seeks to promote original research and cultivate fruitful dialogue between previous and innovative thoughts from India and abroad, and publishes them in about three months after receipt of articles/papers and their review and acceptance.
